i) 9 digit Customer Id which is available on 1st page of your physical Pass Book or by contacting your Base branch and

Its a nice app to know your a/c balance on the go. Can you enhance it further to see balances for multiple a/c with karnataka bank. My entire family banks with your bank. It becomes difficult to check balances on individual phone.
